Doha, Qatar: The Sheikh Abdulla Bin Zaid Al Mahmoud Islamic Cultural Center held a lecture titled “Trust in Allah” for the university students of Education City in the activities hall.
The event was attended by more than twenty students of various nationalities.
The center aims, through organising these events, to spread awareness and knowledge of Islamic culture among non-Arabic speaking Muslims of different nationalities.
The center has previously organised similar lectures starting last year.
The lecture addressed the impact of trusting in Allah on a Muslim’s life, and how this concept provides complete confidence in God Almighty.
It enhances a person’s ability to utilise material and moral means, while not relying on them alone, but with the understanding that they come from God Almighty alone.
This is what makes a person continue to strive and give without hesitation or fear.
In turn, he believes that God Almighty is the arranger and controller of all affairs.
The students interacted with the lecture, asked a number of questions about its content, thanked the center for organising these lectures, and emphasised their importance and the need for them.
