Tripoli: Vice-President of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya H E Abdullah Hussein Al Lafi met on Sunday with Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Libya H E Khaled Mohammed bin Zabin Al Dosari. The meeting dealt with reviewing bilateral cooperation.
