Doha, Qatar: Qatar's Rashid Al Athba (right) won gold in the skeet event at the 15th Asian Shooting Championships in Changwon, South Korea yesterday.
Al Athba, who has already secured a quota for Qatar at the 2024 Paris Olympics, shot 53 out of 60 targets to finish on top in the final.
South Korea’s Kim Minshu shot 51/60 for silver, while Chinese Taipei’s Yuan Lee Meng won bronze with a score of 42/50.
Al Athba had also topped the two-day qualification with a score of 120 out 125 targets.
