During the second day of Cityscape Qatar, Ezdan Holding Group’s pavilion attracted the attention of many visitors of Cityscape 2019 as they flocked to view and inspect the Group’s high profile expertise in the properties sector as well as inspecting the real estate, commercial and hotel projects on display. The pavilion was visited yesterday by US investment delegation, which comprised a number of pioneers in business and investment followed by another visit by the Indian investment delegation and representatives of real estate, engineering and investment companies who were interested in Ezdan’s significant contribution to the real estate sector and to explore the horizons of future cooperation.
The American delegation was briefed by Hani Dabash, Ezdan Real Estate Property Management Director, about Ezdan Holding’s projects in the sector and its vital share in triggering the boom in a number of vital industries that drive the growth of the Qatari economy, especially the residential sector and its pivotal role in pumping thousands of housing units in response to the increasing market demands on properties, mainly due to the nearing of FIFA World Cup 2022. Ezdan also contributes to revitalizing tourism movement and hosting sports tournaments, manifesting its ability to accommodate guests of major events and forums.
The Indian delegation explored some of the projects showcased by Ezdan at the exhibition, and it was an occasion to exchange ideas and discuss the milestone projects marketed at Cityscape, on top of which Ezdan Oasis project, which is a full-service city with thousands of residential and commercial units serving investors, craftsmen and businessmen, in addition to the facilities and support services within the project including Supermarkets, schools, clubs and others.
The Indian delegation has sightseen the Group’s experience in the hotel sector and the huge capacity of the Group’s facilities in this field, which enabled it to host athletes and sport teams participating in a number of sports tournaments hosted by the State of Qatar recently, as well as the diversity provided by the Group in these hotels within different hotel categories. High experience in the management of these outstanding hotel facilities.
It is worth mentioning that Ezdan Mall Company participates in Cityscape Qatar where it presents its experience in the management of three of the largest malls in Qatar, including the retail and entertainment outlets and international brands.
