DOHA: Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) will today begin the first road show of the campaign, ‘Kulluna’, to improve health and safety at the City Centre Mall.
‘Kulluna’ means ‘All of us’ and is based on the belief that everyone can take action to improve health, wellbeing and safety for themselves, their family and the community.
The first focus for Kulluna will be on water safety for children.
Dr Khalid Abdulnoor Saifeldeen, Director of the Hamad International Training Center (HITC) of HMC said:
“The first part of the campaign, October-December 2012, is dedicated to child safety through a target campaign titled, ‘Keep us safe!’ We are happy to join forces with ‘Safe Kids Worldwide’ on this campaign as they are an international non-government organization that specialises in child safety.”
The first Kulluna road show will be held at the City Center Mall until saturday and at Landmark from November 9 to November 11, between 4pm and 9pm on each day.
Parents will be able to speak with medical professionals and there will be interactive games for the children featuring our safety heroes Salem and Salma, the Kulluna campaign mascots.
