Doha, Qatar: The Public Works Authority, Ashghal, has announced a temporary closure of two lanes on University Street, starting from Lejbailat Interchange, passing through Abdul Aziz Jassim Street, and up to Television Interchange.
During this period, the left turn from Lejbailat Interchange to Al Markhiyah Street will remain open, while the left turn from Television Interchange to Khalifa Street will be closed.
The closure will be in effect from Saturday, September 20, at 11pm, until Thursday, September 25, at 5am, to carry out road maintenance works.
Ashghal has advised motorists using University Street and Abdul Aziz Bin Jassim Street to take the right turns at Lejbailat and Television Interchanges to reach nearby intersections and streets before continuing to their destinations, as illustrated in the attached map.
