About half-a-tonne of peaches destroyed to enforce food safety laws

The Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning today seized and destroyed about half-a-tonne of peaches which were found unfit for consumption. The decision was part of its ongoing campaign to enforce the health and safety laws to protect consumer rights.
