Kuwait City: The Kuwaiti Cabinet has offered its profound condolences and sympathy to HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, the ruling family, and the people of Qatar on the passing of HH the Late Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani.
At its meeting on Tuesday, chaired by HH Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, the Cabinet emphasized that the State of Qatar, the Gulf region, the Arab and Islamic nations, as well as the world, have lost a great leader known for his vision, wisdom, and statesmanship.
The Cabinet added that the Late Father Amir had devoted his life to serving his country and its people while espousing the causes of the Arab and Islamic nations and defending their interests.
It reaffirmed that the State of Kuwait and its people would always remember with appreciation the support shown by State of Qatar and HH the Late Father Amir for Kuwait and its just causes.
The Cabinet also praised the Qatari achievements under HH the late Father Amir, citing the comprehensive development and significant advancement in various fields, which made the State of Qatar among the vanguard of advanced nations.
