Story Time for Families at Mathaf: Arab Museum of Modern Art 

A monthly activity for children four to nine years old and their families. Children and parents can ‎enjoy bilingual stories read in both English and Arabic. Explore the connections between art and ‎storytelling by visiting Mathaf’s galleries, reading together, and taking part in hands-on learning ‎activities.

Virtual Field Trip of National Museum of Qatar (NMoQ) for Students 

Students can continue to experience NMoQ from the comfort of their classroom. These virtual ‎guided tours are designed to be an engaging and culturally stimulating adventure. Schools can ‎choose one of the following themes: The Formation of Qatar and Qatar’s Natural Environments, ‎the Archaeology of Qatar, the People of Qatar or the Modern History of Qatar. 

Daily from Sunday to Wednesday, from 8 am - 12 pm via Zoom

Sketching the Desert Rose at NMoQ

This workshop introduces participants to the skills of architectural drawing on location. Using the ‎fantastical architecture of NMoQ as a source of inspiration, participants will walk around the ‎building and sketch its different angles. The workshop is led by artist Mr. Ahed Al Khatib in both ‎Arabic and English. The cost is QR100. For booking contact [email protected]

Mal Lawal 3 Cars

Classic cars edition is exhibited at Mal Lawal 3, a unique platform that ‎celebrates collecting and bringing together private collectors from Qatar to ‎showcase their collectibles. This time the exhibition has cars from two ‎established local car collectors.‎

Torba Farmers Market

The popular market is back at Ceremonial Court in Qatar Foundation with the ‎Covid-19 precautionary measures in place. Offering a wide range of products ‎including freshly-baked goods, fruits, vegetables, homemade preserves, syrups, ‎and handicrafts, the market is a hit among the community.‎
