He also praised Qatar’s handling of the Gulf crisis, hoping that a solution to it will be reached as soon as possible to heal the rift between the brotherly countries.
The Ambassador expressed his sincere congratulations to the leadership and people of the State of Qatar on the occasion of the National Day, wishing Qatar more prosperity, security and stability.

The Algerian Ambassador added that the relations between the two countries are fraternal and characterised by mutual respect due to the shared components that have contributed to their gradual development until they reached an advanced level of cooperation that includes most areas.
He pointed out the relations developed in light of political consensus and the shared visions on many regional and international issues, including the Palestinian and Libyan issues. He also highlighted the continuous consultations, through both frequent contacts and mutual visits between senior officials in the two countries, adding that this was confirmed by the recent visit of the Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to Algeria on February 25 and his talks with the Algerian President H E Abdelmadjid Tebboune, which resulted in strengthening bilateral relations and confirming the keenness of the leaders of the two countries to elevate cooperation.
The Ambassador expressed appreciation for the political initiatives taken by Qatar and the important roles it is playing to resolve disputes through dialogue, pointing out that this is internationally appreciated, which reflects the balance of its foreign policy and affirms the importance of its position as an influential country at the regional and international levels, given the successes it has achieved in bringing different sides to sit together at the negotiating table, the most recent of which is the historic agreement signed in Doha last February between Taliban and the United States of America to bring peace to Afghanistan, in addition to hosting the Afghan reconciliation meetings that have continued since last September.
