February is set to be a thrilling month for sports enthusiasts in Qatar as the nation gears up for an action-packed calendar featuring some of the most prestigious events across multiple disciplines. With the annual National Sport Day celebrations taking place alongside marquee competitions, the country's sports scene will be at its peak, offering an unforgettable experience for fans and athletes alike. Among the major highlights of the month is the 2025 Commercial Bank Qatar Masters Golf Championship, marking its 28th edition at the iconic Doha Golf Club from February 6 to 9.

Tennis fans will be in for a treat with the Qatar Total Energies Open, a WTA event scheduled from February 9 to 15 at the Khalifa International Tennis & Squash Complex. Following closely, the Qatar ExxonMobil Open, an ATP event, will take centre stage from February 17 to 22, bringing some of the biggest names in men's tennis to Doha. Equestrian sport enthusiasts can look forward to the prestigious H H The Amir's Sword International Equestrian Festival, a premier horse racing and showjumping event, alongside the Commercial Bank CHI Al Shaqab Presented by Longines, taking place from February 20 to 22. The Qatar 1812 KM - FIA World Endurance Championship 2025, a spectacular ten-hour endurance race starting on February 26, named in honour of Qatar National Day is also set to thrill fans. The month will conclude with the highly anticipated Longines Global Champions Tour, running from February 27 to March 1 at Al Shaqab's Longines Arena.

Meanwhile, beach volleyball fans will witness thrilling matches during the VW-Beach Pro Tour Elite 16, to be held at the Al Gharafa beach playgrounds from February 10 to 15. The basketball court will also see fierce competition as Qatar hosts the National Teams International Tournament from February 15 to 19 and the FIBA Asia Cup 2025 Qualifiers from February 21 to 25 at Lusail Sports Hall. In addition, Qatar's iconic National Sport Day, to be celebrated on February 11, will bring communities together through a variety of sporting activities and health initiatives. The day will coincide with the QOC Half Marathon 2025, encouraging participation from fitness enthusiasts and professional runners alike.

Other notable events include the Qatar International Optimist Regatta, the Amir Grand Prix - Lusail Shotgun Competition, the QSF 2 PSA World Bronze Squash Tournament and the WAGR - Qatar Open Amateur Golf Championship, ensuring a diverse and exciting sporting lineup. With a packed schedule featuring world-class competitions across golf, tennis, equestrian, basketball, squash and more, February promises to be another month of sporting excellence in Qatar.
