Qatar Airways continues to reach new milestones and accomplish new feats, despite the challenging situation created by the pandemic outbreak. Qatar Executive, the private jet charter division of Qatar Airways Group, on Wednesday, took delivery of a further three Gulfstream G650ER aircraft, reaffirming its position as the largest owner-operator of the ultramodern jet, with a total of 11 in its fleet. Qatar Executive is also scheduled to take delivery of its twelfth Gulfstream G650ER before the end of 2021.

Yesterday, Qatar Airways and British Airways marked the next milestone in their joint business partnership, as they announced their intent to extend their joint business. The news follows British Airways’ relaunch of daily services to Doha, with the airline’s first flight taking off from Gatwick last week, giving customers access to Qatar Airways’ expansive global network with connections from Doha to over 100 destinations across the world.

Qatar Airways’ inaugural flight from Doha to Odesa, Ukraine, landed at Odesa International Airport on December 9, marking the launch of the airline’s second gateway to Ukraine.

Qatar Airways has also announced to resume its pre-pandemic in-flight dining experience on its London and Paris routes, once again offering the full personalised services that the airline is renowned for around the world.

The national carrier of the State of Qatar continues to rebuild its network, which currently stands at over 140 destinations. With more frequencies being added to key hubs, Qatar Airways offers unrivalled connectivity to passengers, making it easy for them to change their travel dates or destination as required.

Earlier this month, Qatar Airways earned the title of ‘World Class’ airline and ‘2022 Five Star Global Airline’ at the APEX/IFSA Awards, in addition to securing two additional awards including APEX Passenger Choice Awards for Best Food & Beverage and Best Seat Comfort. A multiple award-winning airline, Qatar Airways was announced as the ‘Airline of the Year’ by the international air transport rating organisation, Skytrax, in addition to securing five additional awards including ‘World’s Best Business Class’, ‘World’s Best Business Class Airline Lounge’, ‘World’s Best Business Class Airline Seat’, ‘World’s Best Business Class Onboard Catering’ and ‘Best Airline in the Middle East’. The airline continues to stand alone at the top of the industry having won the main prize for an unprecedented sixth time. Throughout the pandemic, the airline has been recognised for its continued emphasis on innovation and an unparalleled commitment to creating the most premium passenger experience in the industry.
