Qatar Foundation (QF) has been an important force in reshaping the educational landscape of Qatar, evolving into a globally recognised hub of learning, innovation, and intellectual empowerment. Since its establishment, QF has aimed to nurture a knowledge-based society by creating a robust ecosystem that spans pre-university to postgraduate education, research, and community development.
At the heart of this transformation is Education City, a pioneering model that brings together leading international universities, research centres, and innovation spaces within a single, collaborative environment. By hosting branch campuses of globally ranked institutions, QF has created opportunities for Qatari and resident students to access world-class education without leaving the country.
Universities within QF have collectively graduated over 10,000 students to date, with this year’s Class of 2025 adding more than 1,000 graduates representing over 70 nationalities. Notably, 61% of this year’s graduates are female, 39% male, and 39% Qatari. Through programmes designed to integrate technology, sustainability, and entrepreneurship into the curriculum, QF prepares students not only to succeed academically but to become future leaders and problem-solvers in a rapidly evolving world.
