Doha: Ministry cracks down on shop selling counterfeit leather in Al Sadd.
Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI), in coordination with the concerned authorities, carried out a raid on a shop in Al-Sadd for displaying and selling counterfeit leather goods and bags bearing international brands.
This comes in violation of Article No 6 of Law No 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection.
The campaign resulted in issuing a violation against the shop, and necessary legal measures were taken.
