Qatar-India air bubble agreement extended for August

Doha: Air bubble agreement between Qatar and India has been extended for August 2021, Indian Embassy in Qatar said.

“Air Bubble Arrangement between India and Qatar has been extended for the month of August 2021,” Indian Embassy tweeted.

India had stopped International Flights after the spread of Covid-19 and operates flights to different countries on Air Bubble agreement.

The Indian government had extended the ban on international commercial flights till 31 August, the Indian Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) said in a circular on Friday.

Dedicated cargo flights, flights under the bilateral air bubble pacts with select countries will continue to operate, the Indian watchdog said.
