Assistant Foreign Minister H E Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater met with Member of the House of Lords of the United Kingdom H E Sayeeda Warsi.
They reviewed cooperation between the two countries, in addition to discussing the humanitarian situation in Afghanistan, issues of women’s empowerment, and several issues of common interest.
The Member of the UK House of Lords expressed thanks to the State of Qatar for its effective role and efforts to achieve peace, security and stability in Afghanistan.
