Indian restaurant group “The Garden” is organising Indian food festival on December 28 till January 26 for the 12th consecutive year. Participating outlets are Garden Mughal Najma and Garden Aspire near Wholesale Market.
The 12th episode of the festival is named ‘Pepsi Presents Indian food festival Part XII.’ This festival will run for 30 days featuring cuisines from different parts of India.
“Every year we run this Indian food festival. We attract lot of diners during this period. Besides the varieties of cuisine there are also lucky prizes for the diners. This festival has now become an annual event among the Indian food lovers in Qatar. Most of our guests who have attended our previous edition food festivals keep telling us to make it a regular part of our event calendar. This is our inspiration to make this festival an every year affair. Our last year’s episode of this festival was also a mega success,” said Subhash, Manager Operations of The Garden group of restaurants.
“This year chef Binu, Chef Yasin and their team at The Garden have spent a lot of time in research and perfection of some of the authentic mouth watering dishes like Meen pollichathu, meen peera, prawns banana leaves kizhi, beef banana leaves kizhi, kappa biriyani, kottu parata, different types of dosa, Lucknowi biryani, kabab biriyani, chicken karaikudi, yakni biriyani etc, from the traditional kitchens of India.
