Doha: H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Qassim Al Abdullah Al Thani has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Masraf Al Rayan.
In accordance with Chapter 4, Article (19) of the amended Articles of Association of Masraf Al Rayan, Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Qassim Al Abdulla Al Thani has been appointed a member of the Board representing Qatar Investment Authority in place of H E Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, said Masraf Al Rayan in a statement, yesterday.
The Board of Directors of Masraf Al Rayan elected Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Qassim Al Abdulla Al Thani as Chairman of the Board of Directors in accordance with Chapter 4, Aritcle (22) of the amended articles of association of Masraf Al Rayan.
