DOHA: Minister of Transport and Communications H E Jassim Saif Ahmed Al Sulaiti led Qatar’s delegation to the 21st GCC Transport and Communications Ministers Meeting held in Kuwait yesterday.
The meeting discussed topics, including the GCC railway project, the memorandum of understanding on the joint data centre for ship tracking systems and the latest updates of the unified guide for traffic control devices.
The ministers drafted recommendations to implement GCC Supreme Council decisions in respect of the working mechanism to implement studies and projects in the transport sector, which will deepen economic integration among the GCC States.
