Doha: The State of Qatar participated in the 31st meeting of Their Excellencies the Ministers of Justice in the GCC countries, which was held via video conference yesterday. The State of Qatar’s delegation to the meeting was headed by Minister of Justice H E Masoud bin Mohammed Al Ameri.
The meeting dealt with a number of draft laws and guiding regulations, in addition to discussing a number of agreements, including the extradition agreement between the GCC countries.
The meeting also dealt with the agreement on the implementation of judgments, rogatory commissions and judicial notices, the unified draft law to combat discrimination and hatred and the reports of the committees concerned with cooperation projects between the ministries of justice in the GCC states.
