DOHA: As part of its aims to enhance relations with leading organisations in Qatar, the Qatar Racing & Equestrian Club’s (QREC) has announced a new partnership with Qatar Airways.
Under this partnership, the national carrier will be associated with the annual race meetings and events sponsored by QREC overseas including the Qatar Goodwood Festival in the UK and the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe in France.
The list of events includes also the Salon du Cheval d’Eljadida in Morocco, of which QREC will be the Platinum Sponsor in its 2018 edition to be held in October.
Such mega events are of paramount importance for QREC to reflect the positive image of Qatar and highlight the continued support of the equestrian sport by the country’s wise leadership.
The partnership with Qatar Airways, in these events, helps QREC realise their objectives worldwide and capitalise on Qatar Airways’ reputation and standing as a partner of QREC in sponsoring such events.

This, in turn, adds to the partnership between QREC and Qatar Airways and we look forward to more collaboration with Qatar Airways in favour of Qatar and Qatar’s equestrian sport in general,” Al Mohannadi added.
