Doha: The Ministry of Education and Higher Education announced the calendar for 2021-22 Academic Year.
As per the latest announcement by Ministry, the school staff will return to schools on August 16, 2021 followed by the second round of 2020-21 exams for grades 1-12 (day/adult education) which will be between August 18 and August 26.
The first day of the new academic year 2021-22 for students will be August 29.
The half year school break will be from December 19 to 30. The second semester will start from January 2. 2022.
The Ministry also mentioned a short break from March 13 to 17, 2022 and schools reopens on March 20, 2022.
The 2022-23 academic year will start from August 16, 2022.
