Death toll from blasts in Afghan capital Kabul reaches 21 - official

KABUL, At least 21 people were killed, including a photographer, working for an international news agency, in explosions in the Afghan capital, Kabul, on Monday, a health ministry official said.

Wahidullah Majroh, the spokesman for the health ministry, said 21 people were dead and 27 were injured in the twin blasts during the morning rush hour.
