Prime Minister attends graduation of 3rd batch of Police College students

Doha: The Prime Minister and Minister of Interior H E Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani attended the graduation of the Thunderbolt Commandos training course for the 3rd batch students of the Police College, which took place in Zekreet this morning.



The graduation ceremony began with a display of various combat, climbing, and patrolling skills.



The graduation ceremony also played a documentary on the training course, which saw 110 students participate from the State of Qatar, the State of Palestine, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the Republic of Yemen. 



The goal of the course was to develop the participants' security and practical abilities using the latest scientific methods related to combat, raid techniques, arresting criminals, and acclimatizing to areas with poor resources.

Following the graduation ceremony, His Excellency toured the accompanying exhibition and viewed the equipment and tools used by the course participants.



The ceremony was attended HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah, along with ranking officials at the Amiri Guard, the Armed Forces, the Ministry of Interior, and the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya).
