DOHA: ExxonMobil Qatar’s Tamayoz training programme enhanced the skills of more than 100 employees from valued joint venture partners like Qatar Petroleum, RasGas and Qatargas from June to mid-October 2014.
The training and development opportunities were held in Doha and included advanced gas processing, reservoir eengineering, project controls overview and gas business fundamentals.
In addition, two leadership and personal effectiveness courses were also held. All initiatives are led by ExxonMobil subject-matter experts and are offered free of charge for participants with the aim of transferring knowledge to valued partners.
“The Tamayoz training programme consistently reinforces ExxonMobil’s commitment to Qatar National Vision 2030 through each training opportunity,” said Bart Cahir, President and General Manager of ExxonMobil Qatar. “By regularly providing individual training courses, ExxonMobil subject-matter experts impart technical, commercial and operational expertise with Qatari partners in a way to maximise knowledge-transfer and provide meaningful sustainability for Qatar’s future.”
