DOHA: Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) has announced the recall of Mercedes-Benz A class and CLA, 2019-2021 models.
The Ministry of Commerce and Industry in cooperation with Nasser Bin Khaled Automobiles, Qatar’s Mercedes-Benz dealership, announced the recall due to a possible leakage in the coolant lines of the engine cooling system.
The Ministry said the recall campaign came within the framework of its ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that car dealers follow up on vehicle defects and repairs.
The Ministry said that it would coordinate with the dealer to follow up on the maintenance and repair works and would communicate with customers to ensure that the necessary repairs were carried out.
The Ministry urged all customers to report any violations to its Consumer Protection and Combatting Commercial Fraud Department, which processes complaints, inquires and suggestions.
