Under the slogan On Goodness, We Gathered, “Qatar Cancer Society (QCS) continues to distribute ‘Iftar Boxes’ to fasting people in the streets during the holy month of Ramadan.
Also, food supplies were distributed to people living with cancer to alleviate the burdens of living life, especially with the high costs of treatment, with the support of Chalhoub Group.
‘Iftar Boxes’ initiative aims to facilitate the fasting of those who work outdoors. It included water, juice, milk, cake, and dates, supported by Chalhoub Grou and Asil water.
It also included messages about the importance of a healthy lifestyle to prevent diseases such as cancer. This initiative continues the charity’s mission of spreading its awareness to the broadest possible extent by adopting all means to achieve its objectives.
