
Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received at the Emiri Diwan yesterday the credentials of the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany Hans-Udo Muzel. The Emir welcomed the new ambassador and wished him success in his new assignment.
Doha: Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received the credentials of six new ambassadors at the Emiri Diwan yesterday.
They were: Ambassadors Hans-Udo Muzel (Germany); Cristian Tudor (Romania); Roberto Abdullah (Brazil); Antonio Manuel Correa (Portugal); Etienne Thevoz (Swiss Confederation); and Ashud Ahmed (Bangladesh).
The new ambassadors conveyed to the Emir the greetings of their leaders and their wishes of further progress and prosperity to the Qatari people.
The Emir welcomed the new envoys and wishes them success and relations between Qatar and their countries further development.
Earlier, the ambassadors were accorded official receptions at the Emiri Diwan.
