Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani sent Thursday a cable of congratulations to HE Prime Minister of the Republic of Peru Anibal Torres Vasquez on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
