The project in Ras Matbakh near Al Khor is expected to be completed by 2016, said the Fisheries Department at the ministry. Meanwhile, the ministry has given huge quantities of tilapia (Al Balti) fish to Qatar Charity for free distribution to the poor. The supply was from the ministry’s fish breeding farm in Tambak.
