Doha: Ooredoo has launched two new daily Mobile Internet Packs for Hala customers, the company announced yesterday.
The two new Mobile Internet Packs are 10MB for QR1 per day and 50MB for QR4 per day. Hala customers can subscribe to the packs by sending an SMS to 121 reading “MIP 1” for 10MB or “MIP 4” for 50MB.
Once a customer subscribes to the service, it will renew automatically every day. To unsubscribe from the service, customers should send an SMS reading “Stop MIP” to the shortcode 121.
The new packs have been designed in response to requests from customers and complement Ooredoo’s existing weekly Mobile Internet Packs for 250MB, 750MB, 1500MB and unlimited data plans.
Customers who need to use data only occasionally will benefit the most by saving money. For example, if customers access data without the pack, 10MB of data would cost QR5.50. Customers who use more than their allowance will be charged the out-of-bundle rate of QR0.55 per 1MB of data.
Hustomers can top up their Hala account in-person at any Ooredoo Shop, by scratch card, by direct top up at any of the more than 200 Self-Service Machines or by eTopUp.
