Change Management Training Course for the directors and Assistant directors of Qatar Olympic Committee’s departments was concluded at the QOC’s Headquarters at the weekend.

The three -day training course has focussed lights on how to help  the targeted category to their abilities to adopt strategies that suit all change process- related parties.

A series of vital topics were discussed during the course, namely, the change methods, how do individuals get involved in change processing management, how can they set up strategies to deal with change and build up innovation culture, career empowerment, emotional intelligence to manage change and develop individual plans.

The course mainly aims to invest any change opportunities available and manage them efficiently in a way that will help QOC’s objectives become achievable and successful.

In a post- course statement, the course key lecturer, Dr. Mai Issa said the course’s developmental programme has seen a series of working sessions that discussed the change  that previously- planned for the current five- years plan and we will shift  to the next five- years plan in 2023.

“These  productive sessions came out with a working paper that includes all elements of strategic analysis, top important elements of success to be approve in combine and to set up the next strategic plan,” Dr. Issa said. At  the closing session, the trainees were handed the appreciation certificates while the course key lecturer and expert Dr. Issa was honoured for providing timely and meaningful information to the course.
