Doha, Qatar: Ministry of Labour in Qatar announced the countdown to implement the decision regulating working hours in open areas during summer.
In a notice published on its social media account it said that outdoor working hours will be effective from June 1, 2025, between 10am and 3:30pm.
As part of this, the Occupational Safety and Health Department is running a campaign throughout May to raise awareness about heat stress and its prevention in workplaces, added the ministry.
