Doha, Qatar: In a vibrant celebration of knowledge, collaboration, and family bonding, the Middle Section of Birla Public School successfully conducted the Brainwave Duo Challenge – a unique parent-child quiz competition on May 24, 2025.
The event brought together 46 enthusiastic student-parent duos, transforming the school campus into a hub of excitement, laughter, and intellectual engagement. Participants tackled questions spanning general knowledge, current affairs, logical reasoning, and vocabulary.
Principal of Birla Public School Dr. Anand R. Nair lauded the initiative, saying, “Events like the Brainwave Duo Challenge beautifully exemplify how learning extends beyond the classroom. This quiz not only promotes critical thinking but also strengthens the familial bond through shared academic pursuits.”
He also congratulated the Divya Mary Vincent, HM of Middle Section and the entire team for organising the event. Shijo P J, Headmaster - Discipline and Activities, also felicitated the gathering and commended the participants for their spirited involvement.
The first position was proudly secured by Mishika Saxena from Grade VI and her father Ateendriya Saxena, showcasing exceptional talent and teamwork. Krisha Darak from Grade VIII and her father Anant Darak secured the second position and Om Mahendra Patel from Grade VII and his mother Rajat M Patel were awarded the third position.
The winning teams were awarded with trophies and certificates.
