DOHA: Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros Co (AAB) was presented with two of Toyota Motor Corporation’s most prestigious awards - the Outstanding Customer Service Excellence Award and the Marketing Award for Excellence - for their exceptional performance in the year 2015, by a high level delegation from Toyota Motor Corporation, Japan.
The awards presentation ceremony, held at the Four Seasons Hotel, was attended by the board of directors and senior officials from AAB, as well as loyal Toyota customers.
Osama Abdullah Abdulghani, Chairman of AAB, received the Marketing Award for Excellence, while Abdulghani Abdullah Abdulghani, Board Member, received the Outstanding Customer Service Excellence Award.
Addressing the guests, Osama Abdullah Abdulghani said that the AAB was honoured to receive the two prestigious awards and thanked Toyota Motor Corporation, loyal customers and AAB employees for their support and valuable contribution for helping AAB to win the awards. AAB is always committed to provide the best after sales support to its ever expanding customer base and operates eight Quick Service Centers in various parts of the country, and has the widest network of After Sales facilities as well as a state-of-the-art main workshop located in the Industrial Area.
AAB’s showrooms are open seven days a week so that customers have the option to visit the showrooms at their convenience. The work on the new Lexus Showroom, a state-of-the-art luxurious facility, is progressing fast.
An exciting highlight was AAB’s participation in the Qatar Motor Show where the latest models of Toyota and Lexus were on display. AAB used the occasion to showcase the Toyota Hybrid Prius, which was launched for the first time in GCC.
AAB regularly deputes their technicians for overseas training to enhance their technical and product knowledge. Certification programs are on the training calendar of the HR Department where employees can get certified in their respective areas which help them to improve their skills.
