ISLAMABAD: Former President Pervez Musharraf’s new medical report was presented in Islamabad High Court (IHC) during proceedings of the Abdul Rashid Ghazi murder case.
The report was presented by the lawyer for the former president. The defence attorney in his arguments stated that the medical board had stopped Musharraf from travelling.
The plaintiff’s attorney objected to Musharraf’s absence, stating that the former president was giving television interviews so why could he not appear in court?
The hearing of the case was adjourned till May 5.
