Doha: DPS–Modern Indian School (DPS-MIS) celebrated the 73rd Republic Day of India with great joy yesterday. Following the directives of the Ministry of Public Health, limited number of guests were present to attend this function and the same was live streamed on DPS – MIS Facebook page.
The Chief Guest, Dr. R Seetharaman, Group CEO of Doha Bank unfurled the Indian national flag in the presence of the President DPS – MIS, Hassan Chougule, members of the Executive committee, Principal, Vice Principals, HM’s and other dignitaries. The Chief Guest addressed the gathering and extended his Republic Day greetings. This was followed by a ceremony wherein twenty-five staff with long service were felicitated for their dedicated service.
