Ribbon cutting ceremony of OQIC's new branch in Salalah, Oman.
Oman Qatar Insurance Company, (OQIC), a premier insurer and subsidiary of Qatar Insurance Group has opened a new branch at Salalah’s leading Central Market area – Business district.
The new full-service one stop branch is well equipped to offer a full range of personal insurance products (car insurance, home insurance, and travel insurance) to existing and prospective new customers residing in the Central Market area of Salalah.
In addition, the new branch would also enhance OQIC’s service levels in the areas of motor claims surveys, claims processing and claims settlement.
The branch was inaugurated by Abdul Qadar bin Ahmed Al Haddad – Acting Head of Dhofar Municipality in the presence of Senior Deputy Group President & CEO – QIC Group Ali Al Fadala, Acting CEO of OQIC, Navin Kumar and senior OQIC staff. Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ali Al Fadala stated,
“The new branch opening matches with our objective of moving closer to customers especially in the strategic area of Central Market. It also serves as proof of the strong customer confidence and support that OQIC enjoys in the Sultanate.”
He added, “Bringing convenience to customers has always been a priority for us. Going forward, we will continue to revolutionise our product offerings and services while bearing in mind the unique priorities of our customers. It has indeed been a remarkable journey so far and I’m confident that with the support and encouragement of our customers, we will be successful in maintaining a long and successful relationship with them.” OQIC currently has three other branches in Oman – one in CBD, Al Khoudh and Oman Avenues Mall.
