In addition to the State’s efforts to develop the inspectors skills as well as the Ministry’s need for inspectors who are fully aware of the new skills and roles of an inspector in the fields specified by the regulations and standards in the State of Qatar, as well as upgrading educational and training services through partnership between the ministry and university.
The training programme consists of five phases, the first of which began in September and the final phase will be completed by April 2020, with 469 inspectors and observers trained. It was agreed with the General Institute of Public Administration at the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs to calculate the training hours within the specialised training hours required for promoting employees.
