The Secretary-General of Qatar Olympic Committee, Jassim Al Buenain (right), presenting awards to the best male judoka of the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games, Teddy Riner during the gala dinner and award ceremony organised by the International Judo Federation (IJF) on occasion of the 55th anniversary of Judo as Olympic Sport since 1964. The ceremony was held in Tokyo, Japan on Friday on the sidelines of the 2019 World Judo Championships.
