Brasilia: Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani has sent a written message to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federative Republic of Brazil HE Mauro Vieira, pertaining to bilateral relations.
The message was delivered by Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Brazil HE Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Shaibani, during his meeting with the Director of the Middle East Department at the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
