Doha, Qatar: The Qatar Basketball Federation (QBF) men’s Qatar Basketball League 2025–2026 semi-finals resume today with second-round clashes at Al Gharafa Hall, where finalists could be decided.
Al Sadd face Al Arabi at 6:00 pm, followed by Al Ahli against Al Rayyan at 8:00 pm. In Monday’s opening games, Al Rayyan dominated Al Ahli 93-69, while Al Arabi beat Al Sadd 95-78, giving both sides a 1-0 lead in the best-of-three series.
Al Rayyan and Al Arabi need just one more win to secure their spots in the final. If required, Al Rayyan will meet Al Ahli at 6:00 pm, and Al Arabi will take on Al Sadd at 8:00 pm.
If either semi-final is settled in two games, Saturday’s schedule will instead feature the third-place match at 6:00 pm and the championship final at 8:00 pm.
Meanwhile, the QBF will hold the Men’s Qatar Cup draw today, unveiling tournament details including format, teams, and schedule.
The federation also confirmed the resumption of the Women’s Basketball League tomorrow after a pause, with matches continuing through April 10.
