Riyadh: The Minister of Municipality HE Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiyah has participated in the opening of the fifth edition of the "Future Real Estate Forum 2026," held under the theme "Expanding Horizons: Real Estate Thriving," in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from January 26 to 28.
HE the Minister's participation comes within the framework of strengthening cooperation and exchanging expertise at the regional and international levels in the fields of real estate development and urban planning, and learning about the best global practices, which contributes to supporting the development of cities according to the latest international standards.
His Excellency also attended a number of panel discussions that addressed real estate ownership opportunities for non-Saudis and its economic impact, the most prominent real estate investment opportunities and global market trends, in addition to public-private partnerships in urban development, the future of urban planning and design, and the role of modern real estate technologies in developing cities and building green buildings, which enhances the quality of life and supports sustainable urban development.
The Future Real Estate Forum is one of the most prominent international platforms specialising in the real estate sector, witnessing broad participation from decision-makers, experts and investors from more than 140 countries, in addition to about 300 speakers from government and executive leaders and experts in the public and private sectors, and a number of influential figures at the local and international levels.
