DOHA: Enertech Qatar has become a licensed CITB – Scaffolding training provider in Qatar, said the company yesterday. CITB or Construction Industry Training Board and work with several industries to encourage training, which helps build a safe, professional and fully qualified workforce.
Representing CITB in Qatar, Enertech will deliver Safe Erection and Dismantling of Scaffolds and Safe Inspection of Scaffolds – SIS. These courses will help to set standards in training and thus increase the safety in construction industry which is one of the most dangerous industry.
The support provided helps companies to improve skills, increase their competitiveness and respond to challenges such as reducing costs on site and recruiting the best talent for their sector. These same advantages are now made available to Qatar.

The courses now offered on regular basis (monthly basis) include ‘Safe Erection and Dismantling of Scaffolds’ and ‘Safe Inspection of Scaffolds – SIS’
Safe Erection and Dismantling of Scaffolds is meant for those who are responsible for Erection and dismantling of scaffolds. The course involves practical and theoretical assessment.
