DOHA: As part of joint efforts to empower national talent and enhance workforce localization in the government sector, the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau (CGB), in coordination with the General Tax Authority (GTA), organised a rapid recruitment campaign targeting candidates registered on the national employment coordination platform “Kawader” who applied for positions at the Authority.
The campaign included on-the-spot interviews for more than 50 candidates seeking to join the General Tax Authority, reaffirming a commitment to attracting and qualifying national talent, enabling them to contribute effectively to the labor market and drive economic growth. The initiative reflects ongoing cooperation among government entities to develop the public sector, support national initiatives, and build a sustainable pool of qualified Qatari human resources committed to institutional excellence.
The campaign helps enhance the efficiency of talent acquisition by streamlining the onboarding process in the tax sector and enabling direct interaction with national candidates.
