Cairo: Qatar is participating in the five-day meetings of the 31th session of the Arab League’s Economic and Social Council sub-committee for coordination and follow-up, which are convened in the Egyptian capital Cairo.
The State of Qatar is represented in the meeting by the Ministry of Finance’s Saud Al Ahbabi, which is held with the participation of representatives of all Arab countries and specialized Arab organizations emanating from the League of Arab States.
Director of the Arab Organizations and Federations’ Department at the Arab League Dr. Mohamed Khair Abdelkader said in a statement yesterday that the session was set to discuss the plans and budget of the Arab specialised organisations for the years 2022-2023, in addition to the reports of the administrative financial control bodies, the final accounts, and a report on the accomplishments of Arab organisations for the year 2021.
