Qatar’s basketball team celebrates with the trophy after winning the second edition of the FIBA 3x3 U-18 Asian Championship in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. The reigning world champions remained undefeated and displayed outstanding performance throughout the competition. The ‘Boys in Maroon’ had an uncontested success in the final against the Philippines which they won 21-9. Last June, Qatar won the men’s 2016 FIBA 3x3 U-18 World Championships after beating Brazil in the final in Astana, Kazakhstan.
