Doha: Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday sent a cable of congratulations to Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki on his country’s Independence Day.
Deputy Emir H H Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani also sent a cable of congratulations to Afwerki. Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani sent a similar cable to Afwerki.
