DOHA: Allevia Medical Center and Ezdan Holding held a joint press conference yesterday to announce their association and the date of inauguration of a Medical Center in Qatar. The press conference was attended by the top management officials from both Ezdan Group and the Allevia Medical Center.

The officials from Allevia Medical Center announced that opening a healthcare facility in the Ezdan properties focuses on the tagline ‘Wellness in Reach’ aiming at providing compassionate, accessible, high quality, cost effective healthcare to the community with healthcare professionals.

Allevia Medical Center facility spans over an area of 35,000 sq ft with an ample car parking for 150 cars, aiming at being one of the biggest private medical centres in Qatar. The centre has been designed to provide 40 outpatient departments, providing state of the art healthcare delivery system in Qatar. The officials from Allevia Medical Center announced the inauguration of their second healthcare facility in Qatar to be on April 26 at 6:30pm inside Ezdan Mall, Al Wukair. The Medical Center will be inaugurated by Yousif Rashid Al Kahter, Member of Shura Council.
Founder Ashraf KP has invited all citizens and residents of Qatar to the inaugural function. The grand inauguration is expected to be attended by top businessmen from various conglomerates in Qatar. Ashraf assured to provide the highest level of ethical and quality healthcare services to the community in all their mdical centres. Sheikh Ali Abdulla Ahmad Ali Al Thani highlighted that the group is on a positive stride to meet the high standards of healthcare practice as envisioned by the EMIR of Qatar. Udhaya Kumar, COO of Allevia Medical Center, reiterated that the recently conducted blood donation campaign in association with Blood Donor Center-Hamad Medical Corporation definitely proves the commitment in action; Allevia strategises to organise free medical camps partnering with various non-profit organisations supporting the reach to low income residents in Qatar.
Speaking at the occasion, Ashraf stated that Allevia will also have international partnerships and clinical collaboration and has reached a clinical association with Afro Asia’s largest integrated healthcare provider, the Apollo Hospitals Group - India.
