Doha: Discover Qatar has added two more hotels to Welcome Home quarantine package bringing the total hotel available for quarantine to 62 hotels. The booking is open for hotel quarantine on Discover Qatar website till August 31, 2021.
“Discover Qatar continues to grow the capacity of Welcome Home quarantine facilities. With the new addition of The Avenue Hotel and DoubleTree by Hilton, 62 hotels are now available for Welcome Home Packages, bringing together 8,886 rooms daily,” Qatar Airways said in a tweet.
A returning citizen or expat coming from a country, which is not in the green list and has not taken the vaccine needs to do compulsory 7-day hotel quarantine at own cost.
To facilitate the returning traveller, Discover Qatar has made available 62 hotels in three-, four- and five-star categories.
Discover Qatar’s Welcome Home hotel quarantine package prices start from QR 2,300. Included are three meals per day on a full board basis, a PCR test and one-way transfers from HIA on arrival.
